the wide valley between Cortona and Montepulciano means it enjoys
stunning panoramic views across towards Lake Trasimeno on one side and
to the other, the vineyards and rolling hills all the way to
Montepulciano. Great care has been taken to ensure that these
magnificent views can be appreciated from any part of the house. Large
arched picture windows and doors throughout the property frame the
landscape and allow the Tuscan light to flood in. The main
accommodation is to be found on the ground floor where a large living
room and additional reading room offer plenty of space for families or
groups of friends. External stairs lead to the first floor which in
turn allows access to the second floor where the remaining

piazza. In the opposite direction is Montepulciano, famous for its red
wine whilst to the east lies Lake Trasimeno in Umbria where you will
