direct acess to the garden. The villa sleeps till 14 but better for 10
adults, the other kids. Suites groundfloor and larger portion
comunicate trhough the garden. Ideal for a large group of friends.
Groundfloor 2 SUITEs: kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double
bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Beside with independence
entrance: double bedroom, with third bed, with en-suite bathroom with
shower. Private entrance from garden.
Larger portion on 2 floors: first floor with direct acess from the
garden: living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, fully
equipped and very cosy kitchen, with direct access to the garden,
double bedroom, a single bedroom ( or for 2 children - french size
bed), bathroom with shower. Second floor: acess with internal stairs
from the living room: large bedroom with a double bed and two single
beds en-suite bathroom with shower. |

PARK: passing the automatic gate, one can get access to the estate of
approximately one hectare (2,471 acres), which has a garden and a
swimming pool.. The park is slightly inclined.
SWIMMINGPOOL: open from april 28 until October 7th. The swimmingpool
measures 8 x 4 meters, with heights varying from 1.20 m. to 2.00 m.-

| The
area of Tuscany lying south of Siena and hugging the border with Umbria
is a treasure trove of natural beauties and cultural delights,
especially the hills around Cortona, which provide a splendid backdrop
for Bramasole. Cortona itself is a wonderful place to while away the
time, with its shops and gardens, theatre, market, and many tiny
squares, which bustle with activity throughout the warmer months. Other
charming towns within a short drive include Cetona, Montalcino,
Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, and the tiny village of Anghiari where
traditional hand-crafted textiles and linen are made and sold. Daytrips
in Umbria might include Assisi and Perugia, and the tiny village of
Deruta, famous for its pottery. Visits to nearby vineyards are a treat,
and golf, windsurfing, sailing, skydiving, balloon rides, hiking and
biking are all possible in the immediate vicinity |

Sabrina, Sorry to take so long on our feed back but we wanted to get
input from all of our family members. Here are our comments which you
can use as a reference on your web site. We rented the Bramasole Villa
for 4 weeks for a gathering of our entire family - 14 in all. The
comments we collected from the family all said that the villa is
wonderful, charming and beautifully situated with every view a perfect
one. The villa has plenty of space inside and outside. The villa's
proximity to CORTONA is ideal and our family took advantage of this and
walked (some even jogged) up to the town often. The proximity to rail
stations also allowed day trips to many other locations in Tuscany and
Umbria. The swimming pool was enjoyed very much. Also during one week
when we had cool rainy weather, the woodburning fireplace was a very
nice addition on several evenings. The housekeeper, Younes, was very
responsive to our many requests and the chef, Alexandra Agnelli, did a
great job with her cooking class and dinners that she prepared. As with
any villa located in an agricultural region one should come prepared to
deal with insects, particularly mosquitoes. Nevertheless, we all
thought the villa worked out to be a perfect place for us and
facilitated the enjoyment of the food and culture of Tuscany. |
