This lovely villa is situated in the Hearth of Tuscany close to the
most typical Chianti villages, about 30 km from Florence. The villa
sits on a hill surrounded by vineyards and trees and the pool offers a
great view on the valley.The atmosphere and the surrounding are
fantastic. Recently restructured, the house is the embodiment of a
Tuscan farmhouse: decorated with an eye for original details, cotto
floor and ceiled roof, it has kept the rustical Tuscan atmosphere.
Ideal location for families with small children that like to have a
relaxing holiday with the possibility to visit the most charming places
in Chianti. It's an oasis of peace but at the same time close to famous
villages such as San Casciano val di Pesa. From here the possibility of
excursions to Florence, Arezzo, Lucca, Siena. Acess trhough a not
asphalted road of about 800 mt. First village, Marcialla with shops
& restaurant is 2 km far. Motorway exit Firenze certosa is 25 km
