General Description
This charming villa in Tuscany, recently restored with great care of
details and nice furnishings, rises from the heart of the Casentino,
one of the most evocative valleys of Tuscany. The villa is only 18 km
from the centre of Arezzo reachable in about 20 minutes driving.
Situated between the provinces of Arezzo and Florence, the Casentino
owes its fame to its hills and forests rich with beech and chestnut
trees. Set in extensive grounds surrounded by vineyards, adjacent to
the villa is a thick, shaded pine forest with walks leading to the
banks of the Arno River.
The pool, private and exclusive for villa guests, is set to the front
of the property in wide lawns with sunny terrace with hidden speakers
to play your choice of relaxing music. There is a spacious outside
space with an outside table, which comfortably sits 14 for dining. The
view looks onto an antique gazebo, the swimming pool and the valley
below. The swimming pool (14 m. x 7 m.) has Roman steps, a gazebo and
dining table. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with beautiful
antique furnishings, upholstery, and tapestry, recreating an authentic
